I think we may be crawling soon!

DD got up on her hands and knees for the second time today! I got so excited to see a change from propping up on her hands with her legs in the air. She rocked back and forth a bit like she was trying to get going then giggled and flopped over on her side. I'm not sure what's more exciting, the anticipation of the new milestone or when she actually hits it lol.

    She hated tummy time until she started rolling, her development specialist actually recommended laying down and putting her on our chest, a boppy to prop her up on the floor, and do short intervals throughout the day until she could tolerate longer periods before she was rolling to get her to enjoy it more. she still got mad about it until she started rolling over, but she seemed to no get mad as quickly. I'm not sure if she likes being on her tummy because of all of that or because she can roll but she will spend a good hr multiple times a day on her tummy and will scream bloody murder if we try to get her to do something else and she wants on her tummy. I spend a lot of time either where she can see me crawling or down in front of her with toys because she wants to be down lol.

    DD crawled about 3 steps last night!! Not sure what to call them besides steps lol. She for frustrated and gave up, but it was still really exciting. She started doing what we are calling froggy hops, she will get up rock back and forth, move one leg or the other forward a little, go back to rocking and then do this forward hop flop thing to get where she's going, gets me laughing every time I see it. I have a feeling she's going to start full blown crawling the same way she did rolling and wait til I'm not looking lol.
