To the ENT we go

Bleh.

DD2 had a nasty cold over the holidays. That turned into an ear infection and then she caught another almost equally nasty cold. DH took her to her 18-month checkup last week. Dr saw a lot of fluid, but since she didn't have a fever, she suggested we just keep snot sucking and hope the fluid goes away. She gave us a script that was good for 4 days and told us to use it if DD had a fever.

It's been one week. No fever, but DD woke up crying, tugging at her ears the past 2 nights. It could just be teeth, but I'm afraid it could also be an ear infection. I called our ENT and they had an opening this PM, so I'm taking her in. I hope I'm not taking her for nothing, but on the other hand, I don't want her to be sick, YKWIM?
