Can you freeze pastina?

I made some pastina and homemade spaghetti sauce. Can I freeze the excess cooked pastina? If so, would you recommend freezing it separately from the sauce or combining it?

I would think you can combine & freeze. You can freeze already cooked lasagna, so I'd assume it's the same!

I made some into a mac and cheese dish for my LO and froze some. It came out perfectly fine when I thawed it for her later.

I would put them together and freeze! They should freeze well!
