They are awake at the same time in the morning so I bring them both down and put them in the highchairs. My daughter used to be fine waiting with toys until I finished with my son who loves to eat and is quicker. But she's been crying out for her breakfast also. They get a bottle, oatmeal and a fruit or veggie so I was finishing one then going on to the next but the crying is too much. Any advice on how you handle the first morning feeding?
Re: 6 month old breakfast help
Are you completely finishing with one and then going to the other? That seems like a long time to wait. Can you do the bottles together and then give your son oatmeal, then give your daughter oatmeal, then give your son fruit/veg, then give your daughter fruit/veg?
We just alternate bites over here.
Now we're waiting on our miracle baby ... a little GIRL!!!
They get their bottle and then cereal, if there are 2 of us each feeds a baby if not.One gets one bite and the other one gets the next and we just go between them.It is confusing sometimes because of switching the spoons.
What highchair are you using?
