I'm also not sure how to pronounce it and not sure if this would be for a boy or girl. Don't know if it matters to you that people know your baby's gender based on the name, or if people can pronounce your baby's name. If not then it's not a big deal. And of course it never matters if you love the name.
Is that pronounced Most-in? Most in what? I can only imagine the amount of jokes and verbal abuse this kid will get, boy or girl. I think you should let that name stay a last name and not use it for a first name. If it is a family name maybe you can use it for a middle name.
Keep in mind when you are naming your kid, IMO you should think of things that rhyme with the name, what the initials spell out - if anything, and what jokes other people can come up with for the name. Why set your kid up to be teased or bullied? They have enough pressure and things to deal with nowadays.
Sorry not trying ot be harsh, just putting it out there.
Re: Baby name opinion!
Honestly, I'm drawing a blank on how to pronounce it? (The word "moist" keeps coming out instead.)
But, as pps have said it is your baby and your decision.
