Incision Bleeding--7 weeks post-partum

I have been healing great and already got my 6 week "all clear," but tonight a tiny bit of my incision is itchy and started bleeding a little bit. I think it's just because my underwear was rubbing on the incision site. I don't have redness or any smell or anything so I don't think it's infected. Should I call tomorrow, even if there are no signs of infection? Or just keep it clean and covered?

    This same thing happened to me.  It is probably a tiny bit infected and you should call.  I didn't think mine was infected but it actually was and they gave me antibiotics to clear it up.  They are going to want to see it though to decide why it's bleeding.
