Face cream recs

I normally use Hope In a Jar but would prefer a cream without Salicylic acid while I'm pregnant. What did you ladies use during pregnancy that you would recommend?

    I'm on my 4th jar of Atopalm MLE cream and about to order another one. I get it from drugstore.com

    I have to admit that you've got me hooked on the coconut oil. I smear that $hiz everywhere -- on my hands, face, hair. Pound for pound, its way cheaper than the products it replaces.
