I truly hope you feel safe and find comfort here with us. Hello. I'm currently on CD3. AF was late last month, so that was a bit of a MF.

QOTW: At work, I have a photo from St. John from our honeymoon as my wallpaper. At home, I'm using a photo of some fall foliage from a trip we took to Montreal a few years ago.

Hi there! Thx for checking in, I hope all is well with you and everyone; any new news?

Well I am happy to report (sore muscles and all) that Im sticking to the diet and workout regime. What do they say, 3 weeks to make it a habit? Well Im in the third week! I have a lot of weight to lose, but Ive noticed its getting easier/Im getting stronger.

On the TTC front (well really TTA front for me), something weird did happen w/AF; sorry if this is graphic... But Im usually a 31 day cycle. Since MC#2, its been 35, 31, 33, so all on the thirties but a little varied; to be expected. Wasnt really due till 2/3. AF arrived 1/28 on CD26 and was the heaviest Ive ever remembered? Better today but wow are my insides all screwed up, geesh. Guess Im glad Im still getting AF... Figured it may be due to my new eating and work out habits...

My current wallpaper is stock footage from the computer of a city at night by some mountains; reminds me of Phoenix. At work, of a beach, which is consequently where DH and I will be going in a couple weeks; we're going on a western Caribbean cruise!!
