Nanny service

Has anyone used a nanny service?  I'm not exactly sure how to go about finding in home care for my newborn so I thought I would see if anyone had any suggestions or recommendations.

    Check out care.com or sittercity.com. You can post what you are looking for and contact numerous nannies to find who you trust.

    Hi, a lot of people have said that www.Care.com is a great source for nannies. I actually found my petsitter on there a couple times and will be looking into in-hom nanny care online. : ) Just like anything else, check references and background etc. Good Luck!
