Any Moms living in Europe? (sizing question)

A collegue is visiting from the Netherlands next week. We see each other maybe 1x/year but talk at least 3 days/week. She is a mom of a little girl that is DS's age so we have exchanged many stories and advice over time!

I want to get her daugter something cute b/c she looooves clothes and she told me her size is 110-116cm. Does that translate to about a 4T or 4?

I think size 5. You can Google. Hannah andersen is European sizes.

My LO wears that size here in Germany and is a 5T, 5 in American brands.

I like Hanna Andersson clothes, and they use European sizing.

My DD1 wears a 110 and she is in 5/5T pants and size 6 shirts.

I'd go with a size six.

110cm is 42-46" and 37-48 lbs
120cm is 46-50" and 45-55 lbs

110cm is closest to a size 5; 120cm is closest to a size 6 or 7.

I'd probably go with the size 6.
