I don't think I have ever had anyone really crazy in my life, but I've met my fair share of side-eye worthy people.
One of my roommates insisted we split everything perfectly, down to the penny. If she owed me $165.32, she gave me $165.32. No matter how much I insisted she forgot about the change, she just couldn't bring herself to do it. We once went to rent a movie together. A rental was $5. What anyone else would have done: one pays for the movie rental, the other one pays for popcorn/snacks. Not her. We got to the cashier, she pulled a $20 out of her wallet, and told the cashier "Take $2.50 on this and she (me) will pay the rest"
Sadly, I don't have any that stick out. Umm my basic training bunk mate (there were 8 of us in the room) wanted me to tell the Drill Sergent she was a lesbian and it made me unconfortable to get her out. The fact that she was learning to shoot and may have to kill someone scared her and I guess she never thought about that before joining the army. Someone else lied for her because I wouldn't.
DH's parents used to own an old house that was converted into four separate apartments. When DH was in his third year of college, a bunch of us moved in there, including DH's aunt and uncle (my MIL's youngest sister and her husband). So in addition to the aunt and uncle, there were five guys and three girls living there full time; plus the other two guys had girlfriends that would come and go.
I kid you not, the aunt and uncle (who were in their 40's) were worse housemates than a bunch of 22 year old kids. It was like they were trying super hard to be cool, but they were incredibly obnoxious. They were SO LOUD running through the hallways/stairwell/porch and SCREAMING that it didn't matter if you were in your own apartment, you could hear them all the time. They would not stay out of our business. We would be getting in the car to go somewhere and they'd be yelling out the window asking where we were going. They were always knocking on everyone's doors for the stupidest reasons and trying to play lame pranks on us.
Most annoying was that every time we would go to dinner at DH's parents' house, we would spend half our visit correcting the ridiculous versions of stories the aunt would tell my MIL about everyone. It was insane. DH and I have since vowed to never co-habitate with family again if we can help it!
My SIL is Crazy! I LOVE her to death. She is my BFF and was my MOH,
Okay so she pulls a stran of hair in hopes that she pulls the bud out! Then she eats the bud!!! SO WRONG LOL. We have considered putting her on my Strange Addiction.

My uncle is also legitimately nuts. He was horribly abused as a kid and never really got past it. So he's socially awkward at best. Shortly after my grandmother died, he showed up at my mom's job. Picture a man who is probably 6 foot 3, 260lbs, dressed in ripped jeans, rubber flip flops and suspenders, no shirt. To top it all off, he was waving a meat cleaver. Apparently he was cleaning out my grandmother's kitchen and thought my mom might want it. She about died trying to get him out of there and away from the customers before someone called the cops.
