Pic in siggy

I'm not all that new to the Bump, but I can't seem to figure out how to include a pic in my siggy and the explanation in the FAQ doesn't seem to be working for me. Do I include a link to the pic I want? Where do I upload it from, etc.? It seems that the format is different w/ the sigs than with regular posts.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but thanks for the help!
