    Google GIFs. For example, type in sleepy GIFs and some stuff should come up.

    I'm too thrilled to answer this post.  ^ That's a GIF!

    I find the vast majority of my GIFs on Tumblr.  Sign up for a free account and then, in the search bar (top right corner), just search for...well, basically any word and "gif".  For instance, "evil laugh gif" (that was what I searched to find the above gif).  Tumblr has never failed me yet.  There's a gif for pretty much everything.  They're my primary method of conveying my emotions on the Internet.

    A GIF is an animated picture. And "this" to what Shanado said.

    I suck at finding them, but NF is quite versed if GIF-ology. I'm sure she could help you out.
