So this psychic....

So this psychic cane into my work the other day.... Not something you here in this tiny bible belted town in wich I live.... But I can say it lol. Anyways, this psychic approached me at work the other day after he noticed my belly and said to me:

 "Hello ma'am, your having a little boy soon aren't you?"

Me being ever so proud of my belly grinned ear to ear and replied "Why yes sir!:)"

He looked at me and shocked me... This I'll NEVER forget....

"He looked at me and got real quiet for a moment and said "ma'am, I do readings on people. I mostly read dead peoples but I also do, errh....." *points at my belly with a shrug* "fetuses, uh unborn children."

~At this point I was basically begging God for this man to walk away or for me to go into labor so I could get outta there.... It was kinda creepy. But being in my public workplace, and the poliet person I was raised to be I simply replied, " is that so?" followed by a half smile.

He replied "Yes it is. And I am getting readings from your son now."

---*wait a minute! Creeped mama about went protective*-

"Yea I'm getting a reading that he will be born in 2 1/2 weeks from now instead of 3-4 and he will be 18" long and 7 pounds 13 ounces and he will have a full head of reddosh brown hair."

Wieredst thing is my husband has been saying he hopes the baby is born on Lincoln's b'day. He was his favorite president. That is the day this guys said he would be born. But the whole thing really kind of wiered me out!

Lol I don't want so strange man doing God knows what kind of religion stuff on my child! The only religion stuff I want going near my some is what I believe and that didn't set right with me!   lol I bet my facial expression was priceless tho!

Anyone else had something odd like this happen to you?

    Interesting... I don't believe in most of that kind of stuff, but its still kinda fascinating to me. Guess you'll ave to wait and see! Oh, and I wouldn't call this a religion...I don't know what you would call it!

    Yes  It isn't religion unless he was telling you the name of a pagan god...actually most psychics believe in God.  But it is more like he "sees" the stuff coming off of you, like an aura.  So it wasn't what he was doing to you but what you were doing to him.  I still would have totally creeped out though.  But if he is a real psychic, how cool would it be to see if he was right or just being a funny man.

    You will have to keep us posted on if he is correct or not.  Sounds creepy but kind of cool at the same time.  I keep dreaming of the same two due date's for little man (2/11 & 2/21-I'm due 2/18)-other than that nothing half as interesting/weird as your story.

    OMG a twisted part of me wants to start doing this to pregnant people.  I bet it would drive them bat sh*t crazy!!! I need to go find a good outfit to go along, maybe it should be my baby that is psychic and she does readings on other peoples babies?! Ha Ha....obviously I'm not much of a believer, in this sort of thing, but still it's entertaining.

    He was also he was wearing this strange pendant that I've never seen before but who knows. I was just creeper out by the mostly dead people and well my child part! Lol

    Weird! When i was about 4 weeks pregnant i walked by a psychic shop at the beach and she asked me to come over. I did and she said "i know you're pregnant. Dont worry, everything is good." Very strange because i wasnt showing yet obviously but i had bled a lot that day and thought it was a miscarriage - the next day at the dr i found out it was twins. Psychics freak me out!
