I've been wearing one for two weeks now and it's a life saver. I feel awful and the end of the day if I don't wear it. I'm not sure what brand I have, but the part that sits on my back is very wide and that seems to help.
I wore the mini-cradle up until 24 weeks or so. I wasn't on my feet all the time though. I wore it while running errands. After that I wore the pregnancy cradle by It's you babe.

I wore the BRU one that comes in three pieces. It was a huge help. It really relieved the feeling of pressure on my cervix. I wore it pretty much all the time from 22ish weeks.

This! Motherhood carries the same one, but it is more expensive. I started wearing a small around 20w and moved to a medium around 28w. I could only wear it until I dropped at 31. After that, it was too painful.

I've been wearing the mini-cradle by It's You Babe. It definitely relieves the feeling of heaviness I feel towards the end of the day. It is starting to get tight though so I probably need to move to the next bigger size. I was not told that I couldn't wear it sitting down, I wear mine all day.
