My AMH is .22ng/l and Fsh is 4.5 and LH is 5.4. Anyone had any luck getting pregnant with these numbers. Total shocker, considering I am 34 and had no trouble getting pregnant 2.5 yrs ago.
Just have to say my amh was .59 and nine months later it was 1.8. I lost 22lbs in between the two tests. I've been pregnant twice but miscarried both times. I don't think amh is very reliable.
In my case the AMH was very reliable although I know it's a fairly new test so many doctors don't even use it.
I had an FSH of 6-7, Antral Follicle Count of 11-14, and an undetecable AMH of <0.16. Sadly, I didn't respond whatsoever to even the maximum amount of stim medication injected directly into my muscle.
AMH is once piece of the puzzle that will help your doctor determine how you might respond to stim medications in IVF. But unfortunately, there is no way to know for sure unless you start stimming.
As far as a natural BFP happening. I think the odds are much lower for someone with a lower AMH as well. Although it does happen, of course. Anything is possible.
I wish you all the luck in the world. Getting new that you have low AMH can be very devastating and I'm sending you all kinds of hugs. I hope you are able to find the answers you're looking for and a plan that you have peace with.

I?m curious to find out what mine is. I have an appointment this Friday. I was told today that if I loose 10% of my weight that it will be easier to conceive. I have 29lbs to loose.
Me:29 DH:36 TTC: since 2011 PCOS since age 15,(I dont ovulate on my own). HSG:1-13 normal , 2-13 Clomid test didnt work, 2-12-13 RE talk appointment 2-13 all bloodwork is normal. Non responsive to Clomid. 2-16 Provea to start cycle.
Apparently, AMH is more reliable than the other two tests. But, it's a very new test. It doesn't necessarily indicate that you can't get pregnant or that you will have trouble, but it DOES generally indicate that you will have less success with IVF if you go that route. REs are very interested in AMH for that reason. As long as you're ovulating every month, and you don't have any other underlying physical problems, you can get pregnant with any AMH level.
I hope that makes sense. But definitely review it with your RE and discuss what he/she advises.
**Warning: Losses and living child mentioned** BFP#1 1/31/12, EDD 10/6/12 Harrison Gray born sleeping @ 18w6d. You changed our lives little guy. BFP#2 EDD 10/29/13, C/P 2/25/13, Bye little Ish, we barely got to know you. BFP#3 EDD 12/21/13, Baby Boots born 11/23/13Myrainbowbaby!
I have a low AMH (.21) but normal FSH and LH (so far- I have only been tested for the past 3 cycles and one of the nurses told me that you are only as good as your highest FSH number)
No success story here- I am in the beginning stages of treatment. I had my first medicated cycle this month to see how I would respond to Clomid (even though I ovulate on my own but really early) and my RE thought I responded well. First good news I have heard since this whole process began!
Me 36/DH 46 Me: Low AMH (.21) DOR, mild endo;
Started seeing RE 11/12 Jan-March '13 3 IUIs Clomid + Trigger = BFN
April '13 IVF 1 MDLF converted to 4th IUI due to 3 runaway follicles! BFN
My AMH is 0.43 and I have a normal FSH and LH. Mis-diagnosed in 2009 with PCOS, misdiagnosed with "unexplained" in 2010 and finally got a diagnosis in December 2012 with DOR after testing my AMH. everything else is mostly ok but in 2009/2010 I had low progesterone (has since resolved itself). Never had a BFP with 2 rounds of clomid and 3 IUI's (femara and injectables). I'm 36 (37 next week) and it was a huge surprise to me as well. Lots of luck to you!
Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!);
Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.
Clomid + Trigger x2;
IUI + Femara x1,
IUI + Follistim x2;
IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life.
Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!
Well that's encouraging. I go Wednesday to the RE, so well see what she has to say. I am just in shell shock. I know I ovulate every month, and my ovaries are a good size. My AFC is around 14, but I not an expert at counting follicles. So till Wednesday.
Thanks
Research suggests there is a correlation between low vitamin D and AMH. It's my understanding that if you improve your vitamin D your AMH can improve. If you didn't have your vitamin D checked...maybe you should.
