What foods don't constipate LO?

So I posted on the 6-9 board about my DS having poop issues and basically pooping pellets :(  I know bananas are binding, but someone mentioned that basically orange foods likes sweet potatoes, carrots and winter squash can constipate too.

Aside from Pears and Prunes....what else tends to be good foods to feed LO's to help with constipation?

Also.... if you gave/give your LO water or juice to help, when do you give it to them?  Before their normal bottle, in between bottles?  I'm so over-thinking things so I can't even put thoughts together.  I just want to help him!

August 2019 - 2.5 mg of Letrozole = Never Ovulated so Trigger and IUI were cancelled
9/30/2019 - IUI #1 (5 mg of Letrozole + Trigger) =  BFP but Betas showed CP @ 4 weeks
10/28/2019 - IUI #2 (7.5mg of Letrozole + Trigger) = BFN
11/25/2019 - IUI #3 (7.5mg of Letrozole, Trigger + Crinone after IUI) = BFN
12/24/2019 - IUI #4 (7.5mg of Letrozole + Crinone after IUI) = BFN
1/24/2020 - IUI #5 (50mg of Clomid + Trigger + Crinone after IUI) = BFN and an Ovarian Cyst
3/2/2020 - Taking a break to reset/NTNP
11/1/2020 - At peace with where things are in life and are no long actively TTC. Whatever happens will happen and it will all be okay. <3

    Pears and Prunes are my go to. But any "P" food is good for poop I think. I mix pear into a lot of things to prevent constipation. DD had it once and it was just awful.

    I dont give water or juice at all yet.

     1 thing that has done wonders for us for sleep and poop is giving him a full bottle of water to sleep with. He finds it when he wakes up without waking me up. He also is usually too busy in the day to drink it. Its helped with both .

    I think this is one of those things that you will hear everyone mention something different. I throw spinach in alot of our baby food, and my babysitter told me that does it. Meh. I still give him alot of spinach and he does fine.

    Prunes worked well the 1 time I got worried.

    DS gets an ounce of water with solid meals. We've never had any constipation.

    Thanks everyone for the great suggestions! I'm def. Going to start giving water or watered down pear/prune juice with every meal.
    That way he should still be able to enjoy all the different vegetables and fruits he likes to eat.
    I feel better knowing i have great suggestions to try and hopefully I'll see some improvements in the poor guy!

    Prunes usually do the trick, but if those don't work for you try mangoes.
