Daily chart recommendation?

I'm looking for a chart idea that we can use for DS1's daily activities. It's not necessarily a chore chart as much as a guide for his day. IE. brush teeth, eat breakfast, put on bookbag, put on hat and gloves.

My problem is that I'd like something reusable and that I can use pictures for but that is not chalk or white erase as he will wipe them off. We've used white erase and paper charts and both were a fail. Most recently, he wiped off all of the chart and used the attatched marker to color on the baby's high chair.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Re: Daily chart recommendation?

  • I took pictures from here and created my own with a large piece of posterboard, cardstock, and velcro.

Every day, we put up what needs to happen for that day and the order it needs to be done in.

Melissa and Dougnbsp;make a magnetic one that is part chores/ part responsibilites like you mentioned. It may be worth checking out.

I actually bought this one when he was about 3. I don't remember why we stopped using it but I know it's packed somewhere.

Velcro! That should work. Thank you and Auntie too. I think that I'll try putting this together tomorrow.
