baby first birthday outfit

I was hoping someone could refer me to a clothing store/boutique that carries birthday outfits in chicago area or northwest suburbs. for example like a tutu outfit.

    Unfortunately I don't really have an answer to your question. I mean, I know of a couple of boutiques but I don't know if they specifically sell 1st birthday outfits. I do know that a lot of people will buy outfits for birthdays off of Etsy so maybe try there? Unless of course you were hoping to buy "local". I hope someone is able to help you out!

    I made my own tutu and bought a white onsie to sew a "1" on.  Etsy has a lot of ideas and sellers. 

    My daughter only wore it for about an hour.  We had an evening party and after cake, she was put into pajamas.
