Irrational Fear? Embryos dying during thaw

I'm REALLY trying not to worry about our upcoming FET. But my biggest most terrible fear is that all five of our donated embryos don't survive the thaw. Thinking about that literally takes my breath away.
They were frozen in 2003 and I know freezing techniques have changed since then. They have also been shipped from Virginia to Texas. I seriously keep picturing us driving up to the clinic on Feb 11th and getting "that call" where the RE tells me they all didn't make it. My RE says not to worry. He says it's possible, but unlikely. Still, I can't shake it!
Can someone talk some sense into me? Does anyone else have this fear? Anything that makes you feel better about it?

3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.
6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!
9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d. 
11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!
11/23/13 - BFP @ 4dp6dt! EDD 8/7/13
Beta #1 @ 13dp6dt - 522 Beta #2 @ 16dp6dt - 1373
6w5d ultrasound showed one perfect baby with a beautiful heartbeat of 134bpm!

Deep breaths! You have no control over it so try not to worry.

Liz, I know you are going to worry anyways but you cannot change whatever is going to happen. I hope your snowflakes thaw perfectly. Prayers for you and sending tons of ((HUGS))!
You are not alone in this fear. My next cycle is my last and I'm so scared. Remember this infertility stuff isn't for the weak.

I don't think it is irrational at all. It does happen unfortunately. Also, there is no way to not worry. Until you get to ET and see what you have, you will worry. Then you will worry about the quality and whether they will implant. There is no escape from worry. Buckle up as it is a bumpy ride!!! Hugs.

Thank you all so much for your support! I don't know much about the original clinic's freezing rates but the lab directors of both clinics have been in contact so I'm hoping that my clinic will know exactly what to do when the time comes.
And you're all right - I have no control. It stinks!
Here's what I *think* I know about the batch:
2003 - Using an egg donor, original recipient transferred two fresh, ended up with take-home baby twins. Nine were frozen and donated to donor recipient.
2006 - Donor recipient thawed four of the nine, two made it, one implanted resulting in a live birth of a singleton.
Five donated to me and here we are.
I'm hoping the history means good things. I'm trying to tell myself that the ones that made it to transfer had a 75% live birth rate. I wish I could turn my worry off like a faucet, but it's getting harder and harder each day that gets closer to transfer which I realized is in exactly two weeks. Holy cow. Cue panic.
I don't know what I'd do without you ladies talking me off my ledge sometimes!

Wow...I would find comfort with that history.
PP is right. It's out of your hands, so you just got to have faith that it will all work out. I remember your post when the embies arrived. I have good feelings about your upcoming transfer.

Liz, remember that where you are getting your FET done is one of the best places around! They will do their absolute best for your embies, I'm sure of it. It's easier said than done, but try not to worry too much. You want your embies to encounter a nice cozy, calm home inside you.
