Ok so for anyone else who hasn't been able to find their registry online, make sure they spelled your name and got your email right.
I liked the personalized customer service at BRU, but the lady spelled my name and email all wrong when she put the info in. I looked at the paper she used and it clearly says my name! lol. I am just chalking it up to her having a bad day or being really busy. The only reason I noticed was because I saw my name in the corner of our list and it was spelled wrong. Anyways, glad I found it!
