babies r us issues update

Ok so for anyone else who hasn't been able to find their registry online, make sure they spelled your name and got your email right.

I liked the personalized customer service at BRU, but the lady spelled my name and email all wrong when she put the info in. I looked at the paper she used and it clearly says my name! lol. I am just chalking it up to her having a bad day or being really busy. The only reason I noticed was because I saw my name in the corner of our list and it was spelled wrong. Anyways, glad I found it! Smile

  • Yes, and make sure when you go to register they actually type in the right name.  DH and I went and finished registering last Saturday and the girl typed our name in wrong and everything we scanned went on somebody else's registry.  We didn't notice this until we got home and I had to call and go through item by item of what was ours and what was theirs.  It was a huge pain and I was so mad!
