Looking for a double stroller and I can't decide between these two! My main concern is height - my toddler is 38 inches tall so I want a stroller he'll fit into comfortably. Also one that will fit into doors!
The seat height to the canopy is higher on the GT so that's probably a better choice for your tall toddler. I personally like the Indie Twin better because of the basket and air tires but my DD isn't big.

I love my Maclaren Twin Techno. I bought it on
CL for $150. I went to a store to test drive a bunch and then stalked
Ebay and CL until I found one that I liked. I wanted a side by side
because I wanted both seats to recline fully, both kids to have a good
view, and limit fights (who sat in front or back). The Maclaren is very
light and small. No trouble using it in stores/doorways. But it is also
great for my very tall 2yo. It folds up very compact so I can have it in
the back of my car along with our single and still have room for
groceries. I was pretty disappointed with the basket on a lot of the
strollers I test drove. Mine has two baskets that are easy to access and
fit my diaper bag plus purse/bags/blankets...
FYI the 2012 indie twin is on sale on Zulily for $439-$449. I just got myself the single for $309!
I saw that! Looks like an awesome deal...I might have to sacrifice some inches in head room for the larger basket. I compared the wheels and it seems like the indie has better wheels for long outdoor walks too.

It definitely does have better tires. My mom has the single GT at her house and I don't find the tires to be very "all terrain". Nothing beats air tires for rough terrain and long walks. I got the Indie Twin off Zulily last night.

Re: Bumbleride Indie twin or BabyJogger GT?
From my BMB this may help.
