Rnp and congestion help.

LO has been congested and is getting over an ear infection. Today was day 6 on amox. So I put him back in the rnp because he was sleeping awful in the crib being flat anyway. He's still kinda congested, but now I can't get him back in the crib!! Today he only took two 45 minute naps. Compared to his usual 2 hour naps!! I've tried elevating the mattress, doesn't help. Any other suggestions? Or do I just need to suck it up?

    Ugh. He's over 19 pounds.. I'm running out of time here. Lol. I could kick myself because he was doing so good and then got sick, but then after a couple days was fine. Then sick again and now I can't get him back in his damn crib. I hate the damn thing. Lol.

    My daughter never got bad enough to need antibiotics, but she was super congested.. We were afraid that she was going to go backwards (revert from crib to RnP), so we put a wedge in her crib and she went back to sleeping int he crib very well! She moves a lot in her sleep so she ultimately ends up flat, but she at least starts off on an angle, and stays that way long enough that she is comfortable.  The wedge isn't very steep, it's just enough to make her happy :)

    Put Vicks on his feet! Then trow socks on! My dd has had a cold two or three times and this works every time. Get saline and a snot sucker and tons of good tissue! Watch everything fall out if the nose
