I am 41 and just got pregnant with my 2nd IVF. We did have a natural pregnancy a year ago when I was 40 but it ended in a chemical pregnancy. It then took 3 IUIs and 2 IVFs for this one.
I naturally conceived 3 days after my 42nd birthday. This baby was a total but welcome surprise. I have another son who just turned 4 and this one is due April 2nd, 2013.
I'm 42 and will be 43 when I deliver. Once we figured out "when to have sex" I got pregant on the first try. Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage in July at 8 weeks. I conceived again in October.
I did have a blood test to make sure I wasn't peri-menupausal but I never received any treatment nor did I take any meds.
I'm 40 (41 in March) and DH is 53 (54 in May). Pregnant with our 2d (DH's 6th) with no treatment; took one cycle after I regulated from going off BC -- total of 75 days I think. My paternal grandmother had her last of 11 kids at 46 so I seem to have good genes for being an old mom....
I was 39 when I conceived, 40 when I had our daughter.
We decided to cease using contraceptives in late December of 2010. I conceived in late May/early June of 2011. Looking back, it is highly likely that I had a very, very early miscarriage in February of 2011 as I had an extremely odd period that month (two weeks late, bled for three days, stopped for a week, bled for another week, was very emotionally up and down the whole time).
We go to any lengths to conceive, we did not even schedule things to try to increase our chances.

Between the age of 39 and 40 I had 3 chemical pregnancies (1 after an IUI) and a pregnancy that ended in miscarriage at 9 weeks all w/o treatments with the exception of that IUI. Found out I was pregnant with this LO a week before my 40th and 1 month after my last chemical. I temped and used OPK's while ttc.

When we decided to try our luck I was 40. Got pregnant after about 6 months and miscarried before 8 weeks. Took another year to get pregnant again. Miscarried again before I reached 8 weeks. I am a fairly newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic and decided at that point that this was really too much for my poor old body to take and starting talking with my OB about getting the old tubes tied. Shortly after that talk, and a month after the 2nd miscarriage, I found out I was pregnant again. I'm now at 29 weeks today and, so far, all looks well with our baby girl. This is my first (and only) and I will be 42 when she is born.
I went into this with the mind set that if it's meant to be it will happen. Obviously, it was meant to be becuase I'm still pregnant. We were just finishing everything up for the state and were about to get our foster licenses. If we didn't have one naturally, we were looking to adopt 1-2 of my aunt's current foster kids. That hasn't been completely ruled out yet, but getting through this pregnany is a little higher on the priorities list right now. : )
I was 42. About 10 months- which included TI, 4 IUI's, one failed (fresh) cycle with DE, and finally success on an FET.

I am 42, will be 43 when I have this baby. I tried for 5 months naturally with no luck, had an IUI and got pregnant but miscarried. Had an unsuccessful FET last summer. Then got pregnant naturally before my next IVF attempt. That was just over the year mark of trying.

I have had two term pregnancies in my 40s. I delivered one son at age 40 and will deliver a daughter at 42. I had a m/c in between. We were not really trying but not preventing.
I'm 41. We tried for 8 months on our own, got a full battery of tests to find out I had low egg supply. On our first IVF cycle, we were successful. LO is due in 5 weeks.

I'm 41, and will be 42 when I deliver. I got pregnant the second month of trying. The first month I got the timing wrong, or else I think it would've happened sooner. I didn't have to take fertility medicine, though my blood tests were saying I hadn't ovulated, even when I got pregnant. Doctor's can be wrong, and age is just a number.
I was a week shy of 40 when I conceived naturally - 6 months after a missed m/c. The first time around, I was 39, it took us about 4-5 months to get pregnant, again no extra help. I am now 9w2d and we did see and hear a strong heartbeat 1 1/2 weeks ago.

Took 3 years but about 17 cycles of really trying. Did not really try for about 6 months, gave up soda and lost 15 pounds. Got pregnant 1st cycle back really trying, but had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Got pregnant with this LO after 3 cycles. All natural - no treatments. I will be 42 in April. I think the weight loss really helped! I did chart my temp and use OPKs. I kept track of it all using Fertility Friend.
