So, my Dad is making a crib from scratch.
He's excellent with wood and made our beds (my sis and I) for when we were little... I trust him fully as he's been a woodworker for almost 40 years
I just need to find a place that has a list of "safety requirements" like how far apart slats should be etc for him to make it since he wants to make it safe and isn't an internet person...

My uncle made mine--I think I might have a paper that says where he got the directions/patterns from. I'll look for it tonight.
ETA: I found the papers, they are from a 'wood" magazine from a number of years ago.
