Depends on what I'm making. For wings, it has to be wings. Tenders dipped in buffalo sauce just isn't the same. Also, when I get wings, I prefer the ones with the two bones (my mom calls them flats) over the drumsticks.
I also use chicken on the bone for a lot of my soups, and then hand pick the chicken and remove the bones. It gives the soups much better flavor.
I do, however, suck at preparing and eating drumsticks (the bizarre larger ones). They're like foreign objects to me. How are they so big?
Re: Chicken
On the bone
-usually. Every once in a while I want extra chicken and go boneless.
What weirded you out? err..maybe I don't want to know :P
Ditto
Me too.
Boneless, but I love me some drumsticks! Mainly because I like dark meat and drumsticks are meaty.
