So at work we are creating a new cupcake line. We are suppose to come up with new flavors, the wackier the better.
What would you think of my idea:
Red Hot Lover
It would be a red velvet cupcake with a spicy ganache filling, like Mexican hot chocolate.
Or
a raspberry chipotle cupcake: a white cupcake with a raspberry preserve filling, raspberry chipotle mousse and fresh raspberries on top.
We do a variety cupcakes about 20 most are traditional flavor, but we like to have at least one kind in the case that is a little more interesting/unusual.

That first one sounds good!
If you want to pair stuff with chocolate, this local chocolatier does the following mixes that are delicious:
- Lavender
- Sea Salt & Triple Peppercorns
- Sea Salt & Nibs
- Sea Salt & Nibs with Mint
- Tortilla Chips & Lime
- Chili (in 3 strengths)
- Sour Cherry & Chili
- Cardamom, Sea Salt & Nibs
Westcoast Breakfast (maple caramelized bacon with a touch of espresso)Masala ChaiClassic Deep MilkI got nothing.
But I do want cupcakes now.
I love chocolate and chile together!
I think the red hot lover will be perfect for Valentine's Day!
Have you ever had a Middle Eastern desert called aish al-saraya? It's delicious and I could see it made into a cupcake.
It's kind of like a bread pudding, soaked in rosewater, topped with custard and chopped pistachios.
It kind of tastes like a combination of baklava and cheesecake.
These sound pretty interesting too.

I would like one those too, please! I LOVE baklava.
This was along the lines of what I was thinking. A red velvent cupcake with a cinnamon/red hot filling/frosting.

The bakery doesn't happen to have a soft-serve ice cream machine, does it?
In the odd chance it does (or you could convince your boss to get one), you would definitely need to do your own versions of shot-cakes ( https://www.shot-cakes.com/ ). Nothing beats a yummy cupcake injected with ice cream
