Tips on relieving LO's cold?

DS has a very runny nose and had a really difficult time sleeping. I've been suctioning his nose, we have a humidifier going in his room, and his mattress is already elevated on one end due to reflux. He's been on probiotics for a week and a half now. He's not running a fever, but he's rather grouchy (possibly from such crappy sleep). Any tips on relieving this cold?
