Do you let your LO sleep with a hoodie on? 

DS was Mr. CrabbyPants last night when he got home from DC so I fed him and he knocked off.  I assumed that he was just going to take a catnap - which he sometimes does after DC.... but he stayed sleeping all night.  He had a hoodie on from the day at DC and I was insanely paranoid about him sleeping for the night in a hoodie.  Paranoid that he could somehow choke or suffocate himself... DH told me I was being ridiculous.... but I kept checking on him and checked on him a few times through the night.   Of course he was ok.  

Was I being overly paranoid about the hoodie?

    I would do the same thing....I don't think your paranoid. I always take jackets or hooded sweatshirts off before putting her to sleep. I wouldn't be too worried f it was just a nap but if it was all night long, yes.

    I've had that happen. I let him sleep for awhile, but then try to change him in his sleep. He always needs a new diaper anyway. Once he's been out for several hours, I can move him around without fully waking him up. It makes me uncomfortable, so I can imagine your paranoia.

    I have let her nap in the hoodie, but I don't think I could let her sleep all night long in a the hoodie, without thinking the worst. And most likely I would not sleep a wink. If you know what I mean.

    This. She's napped at DC with a hoodie, but not all night. LO moves around so much I'd be paranoid, too.
