Extra Money... What do you do?

Hello ladies!

My DH has been working extra hours over the past few weeks, due to some extenuating circumstances with his job. I've put some money into savings (we don't have much, but I'm determined to be better), but we definitely still have more spending money than normal. I'm definitely not used to having extra money, lol! Tell me, what do you do for fun when you have a little extra spending cash??

I'd use it to pay off debt or put it in savings. If you have already done that, then I'd still put it in savings.

If there isn't something that you were already thinking about, I'd wait until you knew what you wanted so you didn't waste your dough.

Bah! I know this is the "responsible" thing to do... I probably will end up using some of it to pay off a bit more debt. I actually did up my payments on a couple of items. DH is going to have a few more paychecks like this one and I'm hoping to actually retain money from this check, rather than being down to $20 before payday. I'd like to get our actual checking account built up a bit...

I would do something nice with a small piece (10-20%) of it and put the rest in savings.

I would stock up on stuff at Costco. Paper Towel, tp, laundry and dish soap, tooth paste and the like. That way I would settle my urge to shop all while getting things we will continue to need.
