Walking Poll

I tried to create a poll and it wouldn't work. How many of your LO's are walking? I know babies develop at different rates, but was just curious. DS started walking a week ago and is getting ready to go from the infant room to the 1 year old room.

    DD2 just started walking this past Monday.  She had done a few steps every now and then before Monday, but she really picked up on it this week.

    DD has been walking since 11.5 months. She has always been a mover though (rolled at 2.5 months, crawled at 6.5).

    DS is walking a lot more since having ear tubes put in. But he's only 70% there.

    Ds started walking Sept. 1st..so like 9.5 months old. He runs now! Yesterday, he walked backwards down an aisle at the grocery store!

    DD started walking since 9.5 months.  She started steps at around 6.5/7 months.  NNow she is running, and starting to jump(she bounches up and down and her heels leave the floor)

    DD started taking steps at 11 months but it was really a couple of weeks after her birthday that she started to walk for real.

    Not walking at all over here. She likes to walk with us holding her hands and cruise all over the place, but sits down pretty quick after we let go of her hands.

    He took his first steps at 9.5 months.  Walking by 10 months.

    I'm not sure when he started running, but he does now.  He has short little legs so he isn't very fast. :)

    Not walking.  A step or two here and there, but that's it. People have been saying for a month or so "she's close!"....  I guess if they keep saying it, eventually they will be right...
