Pregnancy update: A/S not good

I went in super excited for my anatomy scan, my mom and husband came with. I noticed a white spot on the heart and she said that she had made a note of it and the doctor would talk to me about it. In the waiting room in b/t the u/s and appt, I of course googled it, and was pretty reassured that it was most likely nothing.When the doctor came in, she said that there were 4 things noticed on the scan. The baby is measuring 2 weeks behind, my fluid level is a 3 (should be at least 13), there was the foci on the heart, as well as one on the kidney; and the fluid did not appear clear on the scan but possibly like it has an infection. I am going to see a Maternal Fetal Specialist tomorrow at 8. I have been crying all day. I burst into tears while talking to the doctor, I don't know how women react any other way. If you could please keep my sweet Charlotte in you thoughts and more importantly your prayers, I would very much appreciate it. I am trying to be positive, but I am really, really scared. We will most likely get an amnio so that they can test the fluid.

Your in my t&p's. I know how stressful it can be when you have an appt with some red flags. Just try to stay calm, I know that is waaaaay easier to type, I was in a similar spot with dd. Went in so excited for our anatomy scan only to walk out like we were punched in the gut, with a million questions that came up after we left and no real answers. We had different issues but dd was also measuring behind, I went to MFM dr as well and was closely monitored for the remainder of my pregnancy. Try and stay away from google, I made that mistake after my apt... Also just a suggestion but write down your questions so you don't forget to ask anything. Good Luck!!
