Please if you have a spare good thought for my friend, she's just shy of 24w with twins, and she was just admitted to the hospital, 3cm dilated and 90 percent effaced.
I am sick over this. They TTC for a long time, and these babies are from a successful IVF cycle. I can't imagine what she's going through. I am so hoping for a good outcome, but it looks very bleak right now.
Update:
Not good. Labor has stalled but the outcome is pretty inevitable. NILMDTS has been contacted and she's trying to stay comfortable and relaxed. They have decided not to attempt to resuscitate if the babies are born alive. They feel the love and prayers though, so thank you all for that.
My heart is shattered for her and them. I don't even have the ability to form a more coherent thought than that. I hate the world today.

This! Same thing happened to my friend a few years ago and she was on bed rest in the hospital from Aug to Sept. They sent her home on bed rest and they ended up staying in and were delivered middle of November...three weeks before due date! Sending positive vibes their way!
I will pray for her.
