Daycare - Southwest suburbs/St Louis Park

I'm just starting my daycare search and am wondering if anyone can recommend either in-home or centers in the area from St. Louis Park to Eden Prairie. I work in SLP and live in EP, so I would be open to anything from EP, Edina, Minnetonka, west Bloomington, Hopkins, and SLP. Thank you!

  • If you are open to centers located within a church, I would highly recommend All Saints Child Care Center.  It's in All Saints Lutheran Church in Minnetonka, near the Mtka/Hopkins border on Excelsior Blvd.  Great staff, small "home-like" environment, and typically lower than state required ratios in all classrooms.  Many of the staff have been there for over 10 years.

I would also recommend the child care center at Westwood Lutheran Church in SLP - great well run center, lots of longevity in staff, great reputation.

  • Another great Church center is Crossview ECC is in Edina (169&62) We have been there for a little over 1 year & we LOVE it we will be really sad when Mr.AARP is to old. The staff is great & they are like family to us.
  • We love Today's Life in Eden Prairie. It's such a great daycare. Aubrey is learning so much! She can count to 10 and she's not even two yet. They also have Spanish speaking teachers who teach Spanish too.
