Hi!!! I have a question, how do u manage the caotic agenda of work + personal + kids schools?? I have a caos and the different colors and different calendars just makes it all a mess!
I need tips, advice! Im missing meetings, and just going crazy all day! I keep getting everyones facebooks birthdays but not the important stuff, and sometimes I miss the emails for the meetings people want to schedule...
How do u do it?

DH set up our iPhones with a google calendar that we put all personal stuff into, any work travel, and anything before or after normal working hours so that we don't both plan to work late the same day. I have my work outlook calendar also synch with my phone, so I only need to look there to see everything.
also, the calendar entries are color coded for me, DH, and family and everythunhas reminders set.
whenever we get an invite, school schedule, etc., it goes right into the phone. I keep it with me while I open mail.
I do it the old fashioned way. I write everything down on my bedroom wall calendar at home and I have a small desk calendar on my desk at work.
On occasion, I'll set alerts to my phone for personal or Microsoft Outlook for work.
I put doctor's appointments on the home calendar, and my work calendar. I also set alarms on my phone for those types of appointments. All of my appointments, or the family appointments go into one day planner i have, and anything important for DH to know I write on the home cal or email him a reminder. And if I have a big work meeting I set an alarm on my blackberry cal to go off an hour before I have to be there that way I don't miss things.
No real system I just try to put info everywhere. I'd rather see reminders everywhere than forget stuff.
My husband and I both use our iphone calendar where we can invite each other to all events.
