I know that I am a thorn in your side right now, but if you just could do the basics of what a daycare should, I wouldn't have to complain so much. I am paying you the highest rate for what goes around our area, and even if I wasn't, you still need to get better trained staff. Ones that are able to do the basic duties of taking care of children.
Please don't piss me off anymore and straighten out your staff.
Signed,
A mom who is ready to bolt

Please provide an awesome "first weekend away" for DH and I. Don't let me missing my toddler get in the way of more fun and relaxation than I've had in a loooooong time.
Signed,
A cautiously excited mama.

I am going to question every single piece of paper you send in DS's backpack. I trust you to care for DS but I don't trust you with your knowledge of I.E.P. procedures. SO everything is going to be copied until I re-gain your trust. I am now suspicious of signing anything that has DS's school name on it.
That mom that called the district
Dear schedule,
You will get more hectic. DS will have 2 therapists (one is a phd. student and the other is a COTA student) and 2 masters' degree students.
DH will take DS to OT and I will take DS to go to behavioral therapy. ABA Masters degree student will come to our home twice a week soon. SLP masters degree student, I have no idea when you will start but I hope to fit you in, too.
Thanks for all your help and time today; however I feel a little burned that you made the statement that developmental pre-school "is like free daycare." I know DD was on par this morning but be careful please especially when throwing a lot at a single mom starting this journey.
The freaked out mom
Dear regular ped,
They said you were being induced today? Could we have not scheduled her well visit for last week, really?! I wish you luck and will see you in 8-12 weeks.
A little frusturated
Dear mom,
Please understand that DD is really smart but needs to be treated as the individual she is. Also, that may be a bit different than you expected but she is still the same girl and there is so much for you to learn....please learn and accept us.
