Ugh nesting!!

My SO has typically been very supportive during pregnancy, but ughhh he is driving me Crazzzyyyy getting this last minute stuff DONE!

We moved into our new home about a month ago after doing about two months of renos while living elsewhere. WELLLL a month ago all renos came to a complete STOP the day we moved in. He is a very anal person by nature, and all of the things that need to be done I cannot physically do.

This is partially my fault, as I have not placed a huge urgency on getting ready for baby thus far, but now at almost 34 weeks I am in crazy woman nesting mode! I even cried this morning because he won't install the carseat yet.( I know I am being ridiculous because hes a fire fighter so he could install it in 3 seconds but STILL!)

How do I make him realize that LO could potentially come at any time now without sounding like a nag??

I am having the same problem. I cannot make this man understand the baby is not REQUIRED to stay in residence for 40 weeks....he can come anytime! Hopefully someone comes up with some helpful advice for us

Being a stp, dh understands how important it is....usually haha...to get a ton of stuff done before the baby gets here. We've set weekly goals for specific projects. Timelines help us stay on track

I just let mine know that if somethings are done I won't be as stressed out. That worked with mine.

So glad to know I;m not the only one!! DH just does not understand that baby can come whenever she feels like it, we may not have as much time as he would like to think!! SO FRUSTRATING!
