Salem/N.Shore activities

Hi all,
I've been looking for outings/classes to do with my infant almost 7 weeks. I know Cinema Salem does mommy and me moves Mondays at 10. The toy store on Essex's street does book club but 3months or older.

Any recommendations for other activities or baby friendly exercise classes?

    Have you checked out your local Y? Although I think the baby has to be a little older for most classes. There are some music classes too but I think they have to be 6 mons.

    I believe north shore medical center in Salem offers a mommy and me yoga class.

    Have you ever heard of Barre N9ne in both Danvers and Andover? They have mommy and me classes for that age.

    Definitely try the Y. There are locations in Salem, Beverly and Marblehead (Lynch/van Otterloo) and they're all part of the same association, so you can use your membership at all of them. They always have playgroups and classes. I've seen stroller exercise classes, baby & me yoga, etc.
