ETA: I thought I might explain my questions. I have been dreaming of a vacation since we got back from Jamaica in October and since we are going to be starting treatment soon we have decided a good way to start is with *hopefully* one last vacation just the two of us.

Where did you go on your last vacation? Montego Bay Jamaica... what I would give to be there now... this -2 degree weather is not my fav.
Where do want to go on your next vacation? Were in the process of deciding right now, it wil either be 2 weekend trips one to Vegas (because we've never been) and then to New Orleans (because its become a tradition for us. OR somewhere tropical (Bahamas, Cancun, Dominican Republic) for a week

I was born in Michigan but lived in Florida and New Hampshire for most of my childhood. College brought me to Connecticut and the Army brought me to Virginia and now Massachusetts. We will be moving to Georgia in a few months. It's hard to say where I am really from!

My last vacation was to Indionapolis for GENCON, the best gaming convention ever! Yes, I am a nerd and proud!

I would like to go to northern Vermont and Canada for our next vacation. We have been to VT but at the time we didn't have passports so couldn't go to Canada. Now we have passports so we can finally go!

My dream vacation is to tour Europe. I especially want to go to Ireland, but I want to see it all!

Where do want to go on your next vacation? A beach, preferably on the Gulf of Mexico or an island.

Where is your dream vacation? French Polynesia in a hut that sits over the water. I'm a beach gal, I love sun, sand, and snorkeling!

Where are you from? Born in Indiana, live in IL now and have lived in Kentucky as well - I'm a midwestern girl!

Where did you go on your last vacation? Vail, CO - I LOVE it there!

Where do want to go on your next vacation? We are actually going back to the BVIs (went there for our honeymoon) at the beginning of April - hopefully 13 weeks pregnant if this IVF works!!

Where is your dream vacation? Bora Bora or Fiji. Definitely the South Pacific in one of those overwater huts (swoon)!

I'd love to go again on the oasis of tye seas cruise and do the western caribbean or Aruba or St. Croix, just a 34 day getaway

Since my job doesn't cover maternity leave we are saving all our vacation time for paid leave.

Eta: bumping from phone 3 to 4 day getaway, although a 34 day vacation does sound good too.

Where is your dream vacation? That's hard...I want to go everywhere!!! But I love the vacations where we rent a small cottage in the country or small town and not have a plan, we just find things online or on the GPS and do them!

Where are you from? I'm from Chicagoland suburbs, but I've lived in Iowa, West Virgina and Wisconsin too for my career before moving back home.

Where did you go on your last vacation? Vegas baby! Vegas.

Where do want to go on your next vacation? We're supposed to try and do a few days in Lake Tahoe.

Where is your dream vacation? A Cruise around the Mediterranean with a few days stops in the bigger cities in Italy and maybe a few days escape to Venice.

Where did you go on your last vacation? I really wouldn't call this one a Vacation, but we spent a week in Hanceville, AL. It's near the Shrine of Our Lady of the Angels, where Mother Angelica is. We went because my SIL was having her baby. But my FIL owns a house up there so we go 3-4 times a year. But our last REAL vacation was this summer we went to Nebraska because my BIL had a 4-H national competition there (on the way to Nebraska, we stopped somewhere in Kansas to sleep and go to church, it was an amazing beautiful church). And we had a wedding the like 12 days later in El Paso, TX. Well it was less miles and gas and an easier trip on us to just go from Nebraska and make our way down to El Paso. We stopped in Santa Fe, New Mexico - Got a cabin in Rio Rancho, NM (that was interesting, bec they don't use a/c because they use breathable stone to build with) - then to Roswell, NM (where they supposedly had aliens land) -then another city I don't remember the name of that had an historic musuem, - then to Carlsbad, NM and went to Carlsbad Caverns, - Then to "Heart of the Desert" which was a pistachio farm, but the interesting thing was they make wine from it.- Then to White Sands, NM - Then to the wedding in El Paso, TX - then to San Antonio, TX and to the Alamo, - Then to Houston to do some shopping and then finally made it back to South Louisiana which is home.
That was the most interesting trip of my life. Before that I had only been to 4 states total. The only time I had ever left LA before I was engaged was for a hurricane or a funeral. So it was an amazing vacation to me. His family travels a lot. So now I'm getting to see things and I'm completely amazed by them.
Where do want to go on your next vacation? Well, we already have one planned to leave in 2 weeks, like I just said, before I was engaged I only left the state for funerals or hurricanes, so we are taking my family who are the same way on a vacation to Tennessee.
And I think in June we may go on a cruise to Alaska with MH family
Where is your dream vacation? Ireland is for both MH and me. And also my others would be Alaska or Hawaii. Probably just about anywhere.

Its so funny when you live close to some place you really take it for granted. MILs live in Maine on a lake close to Portland (FIL works in Portland) and everyone says how great Portland is, but we never go there. Probably because when we go to Maine there is no place I'd rather be then on the lake in our brand new boat. Ahhhh I can't wait to be back out there.
