At three, depending on how much clothing you bought, pretty often. DD spills food, tumbles in dirt, etc., quite often, so clothing changes happen. And she was quite chunky and then leaned out, plus no more diaper taking up half the seat of her pants, so she is still wearing a lot of clothes from this time last year.
Um, alot. But we don't have a ton of clothes - maybe 10 shirts and 15 pants. I have to do laundry every week. Every single item of clothing is getting a workout.
DS is 2 and if his clothes don't have something on them he wears them till they do...so 2-3 times. We have a lot of clothes as hand me downs but I still wash laundry often due to hubby. But even hubby and I wear clothes multiple times. As long as they smell good and no stains

We've worn the heck out of most of DS' clothes, but he's a peanut and hasn't gone through sizes that fast. He can still wear most of the same clothes from last winter. He gets things dirty pretty fast, so we change his clothes a lot, too.
DD has a ton of clothes, but only ~1/2 make the regular rotation. Some of the others are nicer and I don't want her to wear them to daycare or some I just don't care for. The regular 'play clothes' probably get worn 1-2X per week, for 3-6 months depending on the item (obviously t-shirts cross seasons)? Now that she's into bigger sizes they'll last longer. She's been wearing 2T long sleeved t-shirt for a couple months and they'll fit until next fall probably. They'll be worn less in the summer, but still, that's almost a year.

We have a ton of clothes, probably 30+ tops and about 10-12 pairs of pants and I do laundry probably every two weeks, or when I run out of pants. He never re-wears an outfit because it is usually dirty from daycare. He has some favorite shirts that get worn every time they are clean, so at least every two weeks, and some that have only been worn once or twice.
I feel like we last in each size, at least shirts, for about a year so we are still wearing clothes I bought him last winter. Of course they were big on him last year. He is size 18 months at almost 2.5.
Newborn through 12m, she wore things only a couple times. We had a ton of hand-me-downs and I wanted to get through a bunch of them because they were so cute and I hate doing laundry!
We don't have as much in 18m so she wears clothes more often. she probably rotates leggings and jeans once every other week.

Right now her pants are getting a work out since at daycare she seems to be having a lot of accidents. We have way too much clothing though, next year we will be paring down significantly on how much we get. The good thing is she's spending quite a while in this size (4T tops and 3T bottoms) so hopefully we will at least get our money's worth out of it.
The majority of his stuff gets worn every week or every couple weeks. He really only has enough pants to get him through a week or a little longer. Shirts he has more of but still not a ton. He does have some things that he rarely wears like certain sweaters.
She doesn't grow very fast so her clothes last about year. So I don't feel too bad when she doesn't wear the same outfit every week, or even month. She goes through all her pjs and hangin around the house sweats weekly though.
