Red cheeks and chin suddenly

My little guy has had a cold for 3 days now but is happy as can be. Pedi told us to switch to soy formula Friday due to some tummy issues and possible milk intolerance. He's been taking that well but tonight at his last feeding his lower cheeks turned bright red and so did his chin. It hasn't gone away. I am worried could this be an allergy?

    Maybe. If you are nervous about allergy at all have them do a "poop test". I have no clue what it's med called. That way you can skip all the bs and find out right away if you're dealing with an allergy. It tells you if there is blood in the stool. And you might not be able to see it. We didn't. If there is blood then you know you are dealing with an allergy. It's one of the first thing a GI dr does. Don't know why more press don't do it!
