Had my last lining check and lab work done this am. Lining is almost at 10mm!!! Yay!! As long as lab work comes out fine I will e good to go for transfer next Thursday!! After that appt I had a dental appt to check on a tooth that as been bothering me. Verdict is I need a root canal and they are blue to do it tomorrow. I plan on calling my RE after lunch to make sure this is ok but wanted to check with you ladies to see if y'all have any info on that.
Re: Last lining check.....dental work?
I broke a tooth a couple of weeks ago and my doctor said it was fine to get dental work done. He wanted me to make sure they used a lead apron thing during X-Rays though. I'd call your RE to see what their advice would be, but I bet it would be fine.
Good luck. I've had two root canals and I think they are easier than a normal filling.

I had the same issue arise. My Dentist thought I might need 1 possibly 2 root canals. I called and spoke to our Nurse at the IVF Clinic and she said that yes I should have the work done and preferably before the transfer. But of course my transfer isn't for couple of weeks, so it may be differnet as yours is coming up fast.
The risk is that the tooth can absess and become infected (very painful, and very serious if it gets into your blood stream). My dentist will not perform any work in the 1st or 3rd trimester unless it is an absolute emergency.
If you can get cleared to do it tomorrow, I definitely would.
