Cramps; what works for you?

I have awful cramps all of a sudden, really far down into lady land. Anyone who's had this in the past, did you find something that helped? I'm sitting with the heating pad on low for now and took some Tylenol. Any other suggestions are welcome. Tia!!!

Not RLP; just cramps like I'm PMSing. I'm drinking my weight in water and I'll try a bath next. I'll think of all of you while I'm in there, especially WifeofaComposer ;]
