The recipe share post below got me thinking about other kitchen things. What about other cooking/kitchen tips?
Mine is:
1) When that pesky bit of eggshell gets into the egg that you just cracked. Don't use a spoon, use the broken eggshell. It works everytime because it cuts through the eggwhite.
2) A new way to make Deviled Eggs. Don't just use mayo, try a creamy salad dressing. I use Blue Cheese and it gives them a great flavor!
Re: Kitchen tips
Haha! I'm with Estwd. Amazing!
I don't know if I have any tips. I cook, I bake, I do whatever in kitchen, but this post is making me second guess what I've been doing there all along. How have I not come up with a trick?

The eggshell trick is one of my favorite kitchen tricks.
I cleaned my coffee maker on Sunday using this tutorial. My morning coffee tastes so much better because of it, and it took barely any work at all.
