I am going to start this off with a big Fx for MrsMcIrish and Julie for their transfers today ladies, we are all in a prayer circle praying for you today!

Thank you Rachel & Liz... My retrieval is, hopefully, tomorrow. I'm waiting to hear what time I go in tomorrow. Praying my Lone Star is doing what he/she is supposed to be doing and hasn't arrested.

Right now I'm sitting in our local clinic waiting to get my (CD3) blood back from the lab so I can take it and freeze it to ship to CC.RM today. Going to try and freeze/ship from work. Hopefully no one will mistake my brown paper bag for their Lean Cuisine!

this is the last step for CC.RM's requirements before we reconnect with our doc and we get an official calendar for IVF #4.

Feeling some nerves and trepidation as this is our last 100% bio chance. But trying to manage that with the peace of mind also knowing that we've done everything we can.

Yes, prayers for Julie and McIrish!

On Sunday DH and I had a talk about IVF, DE, DEmbryo and adoption. Basically he is 100% against any further IF treatment. He is ok with adoption (through the state) and doesn't understand why I'm not. If someone calls and says they know a baby that needs a home I obviously wouldn't pass that situation up, but the thought of taking a bunch of classes, having a SW come to my home and decide if I'm fit to parent or not, and then waiting possibly years for a match (with a younger child) sounds like more heartache than I'm willing to go through. I know miracles happen and we could get PG on our own, but I can't live my life in 28 day increments just hoping that it's going to happen. I had a good cry on Sunday and I've felt ok so far this week, but I just don't know...I can't give up, but I don't know what else there is to do.

Sending out many, many positive thoughts and good luck to you both, McIrish and Julie! Also wishing you both as much peace and calm that you can muster during this.

Rachel -- How are you and baby girl doing, any new updates? Sending you both lots of cross-state love!

Liz -- Sorry for your delay, but glad that you've got an actual date now! I'd love to hop a flight to Austin this evening! It's been on my list of places to go for some time now, and that weather forecast sounds lovely.

Bzeety - Good luck with the shipping/freezing process, that's great that you can take the middle-man out of the process. Keeping you in my thoughts as you go through this process and so hoping that C.CRM brings you your take home baby!

Today is stim day 11 and my guess is that I'll trigger tomorrow night (I'm so ready for ER!) -- will get an update from my nurse later today. I've lost a few smaller follies since Monday, but I currently have a 19.3, 17.6, 15.3, 14.6, 13.3, 12.6, and 1 <8. This is so much better than I had expected for being on such low doses of stims -- FX that any eggs we get are healthier than past high dose cycles.

Really, in the 80s? Today the high here is 74, but tomorrow it's only 69. Only in TX! lol It'll be snowing in the panhandle and 90 on the coast.

FX no one digs through your lab work! I always staple bags I don't want people going through while they're in the fridge. Many prayers for success and that the peace is stronger than the nerves!!

GOOD LUCK TODAY!!!!!! FX for you both Julie and McIrish!!!!

Well....I'm a busy bee. Yesterday I made appts for 2nd opinions with 3 REs in person in February and I have a phone consult with SIRM in St. Louis today. I originally had a phone consult with CCRM scheduled for Friday but couldn't get my records together in time so I'm going to reschedule eventually.

I signed up for a 2 week trial kickboxing class. I'm very excited to kick the shiz out of the air.....whooooaahhhh!!!!

I've had a few job interviews over the last few days too. I've been going back to school for nursing but being faced with the cost of either DE or adoption next year I'm putting school on hold and looking for a job either in Sales/Marketing whatever will pay me more than $12/hour at this point I'll take LOL

DP, my heart hurts for you. Both DH and I used to have very different ideas of where we would and wouldn't go to become parents. I remember those days being some of the hardest throughout our whole lives. I hope that you are able to continue to work together and find something you both are comfortable with and you can feel hope once again. I want to jump through the screen and give you a squishy hug.

DH is a huge weather geek. We even have a weather station set up in the back yard ha! I rarely look at the forecast anymore because he usually tells me whats in our future. He told me it was going to be in the 80s on "Thursday" but that was last week. Maybe it's changed, or maybe I shouldn't listen to him anymore lol

Kickboxing sounds like a great idea to get out a lot of the frustration and anger you must feel right now! I should do that too.

I also understand where your feeling about adoption are coming from, I have some of the same reservations. I would encourage you to do some research in your state and possibly contact some agencies to attend an information session before making up your mind not to pursue it. I think there are a lot of rumors and misunderstandings about adoption (I have them too!) and I'd hate to see you give up the dream of having a child because of something like that. That said, I know that adoption isn't the right fit for everyone and certainly respect any final decision you come to.

Thanks Smile I asked him to talk to our pastor about it because he and his wife dealt with IF. I don't know if DH will, but I feel like it would help him work through his concerns. I told him it's a discussion he needs to have without me there so he won't feel like I'm influencing the conversation one way or the other.

I think there are a lot of rumors and misunderstandings about adoption (I have them too!) and I'd hate to see you give up the dream of having a child because of something like that. Thanks for the giant hugs! Last August (I think it was) we went to an orientation at an agency that works solely with the state and people I know have adopted through them. I liked the agency and the SWs, but I felt so overwhelmed when we left. The process is terrifying to me. Plus I see what my aunt has been through with my adopted cousin and that is even more terrifying. I know my aunt wouldn't trade my cousin for a biological child in a million years, but I can't imagine the pain she has been through. I'm not 100% against adoption and I think it is a beautiful thing, but right now the fear outweighs everything else. Oh, and DH says "you're going to be 30 this year so we really need to figure this out." Oh, I'm sorry is 30 old? Stupid 27 year old with his young age and healthy reproductive system. lol

lol I grew up in south TX so I'm not use to tornadoes just randomly popping up. A hurricane I can deal with since there is normally a few days warning. My grandparents were visiting us last year and DH thought he saw one in the rear view mirror so he abruptly turns the car around and speeds in that direction. When he said what he was doing my grandmother said, "You idiot, you're supposed to run from them." lol She felt so bad, she kept apologizing for calling him an idiot. Aw we have friends coming in from Waco for a visit, but I hope you guys have fun!

I have a phone call this afternoon with my nurse at S.IRM to work out the details of my next (and last) cycle. Its going to be much harder because of the travel but I need to give this our absolute best shot.

I had a lap and found it to be really easy, about the same as a retrieval. I hope yours goes smoothly and just as easily.

It's just awful to think about opening up for potentially more pain after all the pain that IF brings! I know that once the child is officially adopted that it's so worth everything one has gone through, but that doesn't help till it's hindsight. Huge ((hugs))!

Good luck - rooting for you! I understand giving your final chance the very best chance. That is about where we are and why we decided to travel as well. It does make cycling far more complicated, but hopefully all worth while!! GL!!

I need to find a new job before i kill someone. I started a new book club and no one has signed up yet and im

otherwise got to spend the night with DH in a hotel when he came for work which was nice but I didn't sleep the whole night because i didn't bring my ear plugs and he snores so bad. anyone know a cure for snoring other than cutting off there heads?
