The slimy Viagra is doing its job. My lining was a 3 something at baseline last week and its a 5.12 today. I know its not triple lined yet or a 8 but hey, its better than last week! I go back Tuesday for my RE to do the scan and hopefully my lining is a 8 or better and we are all systems go for a transfer on 2/4. I will also get cleared on Tuesday to start PIO on Wednesday, that stuff scares the beejeejeses out of me. I have been cancelled twice previously at this next appointment so I hope all goes well. Lots of love my fellow Polar Bears.

Good luck at your next appt, and with the PIO, I sort of dreading that too. I did do three days of it before my m/c and the shots themselves are not terrible, or at least they weren't for me.
June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN

Me (34)- no issues found MH (36)- MFI due to Vericocele. Straight to IVF w/ICSI 9/12, Antagonist. 9R, 7M, 5F = BFN c/p, New RE for IVF #2- 1/13., Long Lupron. ER on 1/22 -10R, 9M, 9F. Transfer on hold due to overstimming. FET in Feb. 2 frozen blasts. Another BFN & another c/p. RPL testing all negative besides MTHFR gene, vericocle repair surgery 4/12/13-Bilateral Grade 3 Vericocele found & fixed, IVF #3 with PGS 4/13- 11R, 9M, 9F. Transferred 2 normal=BFN, 3 normal on ice. CCRM-here we come! ODWU-All test results normal. EPP in August. 21R, 20M, 19F. 12 blasts biopsied & frozen for CCS testing. Results showed 11 normal! FET Oct. 30. 2 5d 4AA blasts transferred. First ever BFP!!! Beta 1=216, Beta 2=870 1st U/S=It's TWINS!!! It's a BOY and a GIRL!! Everyone Welcome!!!

April 2012: MRI- questionable cyst 8mg by 12mm in pituitary ; referred to RE by Ob-gyn after amenorrhea x 4+ months, provera ineffective, low estrogen level
cycle 1: May 2012, clomid 50mg; cycle cancelled, thin lining, no response
cycle 2: June 2012, femara 5mg; cycle cancelled, no response
cycle 3: July 2012, femara 7.5mg; cycle cancelled (largest folli on Cd12 & cd 16: 11, lining 4)
Repeat MRI July 25,2012- Cyst unchanged, likely old infarction.
Aug. 8: met with RE, move to injectables if HSG and SA normal
Aug. 23: HSG all clear; DH- perfect
Switched to a new RE in early Sept. IVF here we come
Genetic testing reveals: Fragile X- Intermediate risk/grey zone.
IVF#1: ER 11/30: 14 retrieved, 10 mature, 7 fertilized. E2 prior to trigger 5200. Decision made to freeze 6 embryos and transfer later due to OHSS.
IVF#1.2/FET #1: estrogen injects start 1/18, FET delayed to try to thicken lining. lining 5.4mm. FET- 2/18- transferred one 3AA expanded blast. BFP 5dp5dt. Beta #1- 2/27 9dp5dt- 102.27 beta #2 3/1: 147
FET # 2: endometrial scratch 5/6, added estrace vaginally and ASA to delestrogen and PIO. June 10- transferred one 4AA hatched embryo, BFP 4dp6dt, Beta 1 (9dp6dt) 187, Beta 2 (11dp6dt): 412; Beta 3 (15dp6dt ): 4452. U/S #1- one beautiful embryo with a heartbeat of 133 at 7 weeks. 8 weeks: heartbeat 156. EDD 2/26/2014: born 2-3-14 induced due to Pre-E and HELLP at 36w5d.

When did you start meds? I'm so glad this is working for us. Just curious what was your e2 today?
i started on the 12th estrace (2 mg) orally twice a day. i bump up to three tomorrow and ovidrel on thursday.
i won't have my e2 won't be back until tomorrow because my RE is an hour away and I had my blood taken at a satellite lab this afternoon. they like to see it over 100. fx!

Your four days ahead of me but I'm on double the estrogen. Hmm... I'm just being impatient, I want it to be a 8 right now. My e2 was 812, I'm sure yours will be over 100. What do you take the ovidrel for?

I started med last Wednesday with a u/s,e2, lh, fsh, and progesterone. I had a u/s to check lining and she peeks at my ovaries to make sure nothing is happening over there. Also labs for e2, progesterone and lh. I go back on Tuesday for my RE to do the u/s and give me the go ahead for my ET on Monday. They will also repeat labs. If anything is questionable he will have me go back in later in the week to reevaluate.
When did you start meds? What else are you on besides the e2 injection? Your ER is still set for 2/4 right? When will you go back after Friday? I would think they would have to do a u/s. The whole point of the meds is to thicken your lining for implantation, so why wouldn't they check to see if its doing what it's supposed to.
I am only on IM e2 on Tuesdays and Fridays. I started last Friday so I am two shots in. ER is still on for 2/4. I start doxycycline tomorrow. Friday, they check E2 to see if the dose needs to be adjusted. After Friday's bloodwork, I go in Tuesday for ultrasound and bloodwork. I will see the RE on Monday for pre-op also so I could ask him then.

| Married since 2008 | DH and I: Both 30 | Me: Endometriosis and Carrier of an X-Linked Dominant Genetic Disorder | DH: Low Morph | Planning IVF with PGD and PGS in 2013 | Freeze-All IVF #1: March 2013 ER 3/26. 29R, 12M, 11F. 4 5AA frozen blasts. Freeze-All IVF#2: May 2013 ER 5/15. 31R, 21M, 20F. 6 5AA frozen blasts. Our PGD probe was completed in late June (total of 20 weeks to develop). PGD and PGS Results came on 6/19: 3 healthy embryos (normal chromosomes and unaffected by my family's genetic disorder). FET #1: July 2013 Natural Cycle - Cancelled due to insufficient lining (only got to 7.5mm). FET #1.2: August 2013 - Medicated Cycle with Lupron & Estrogen Patches to build up lining. Single embryo transfer was 8/23. Beta #1: 240! Beta #2: 578! U/S on 9/19 at 6w4d: We saw the heart beating at 131bpm. Second U/S on 10/4 at 8w5d: We saw the heart beating at 178bpm. EDD 5/11/2014
