My daughter sleeps really well in her Snugabunny Rock n Play. We are still trying to transition her to the crib though. My daughter liked her Snugabunny Bouncer as well. But when she got older, we sold it because she liked to be more in the view of others and not low to the ground like the bouncer. With the Snugabunny Rock n Play, she nows tries to sit up. But it keeps her on her back, and she sleeps well in it.
And there was a notice about cleaning it, like you have to watch for mold and clean it. But the cover is really easy to clean--you just take it off and wash it in the washing machine.
If you just need something for sleeping and that's what it sounds like - the rock n play is definitely worth it.
This is the new version that was released after the mold recall. I don't know exactly how it is different except it is more expensive but I am sure it is better. They're out of stock right now though, don't buy from a 3d party seller because they are more expensive and charge shipping.
Edit: The description says it is easier to clean.
