I know as we get further along and baby gets bigger that the baby will begin to move around less.. I guess im just trying to figure out how much less movement?
I've been dealing with alot of tooth pain and was up all monday night because it was so bad.. baby was up with me and kicking and moving a bunch.. fast forward thru yesterday adn today.. she moved some yesterday but progressively moved less as the day went on and then some movement this morning but nothing like her normal. when should i get concerned? and also do you think local anesthetic (had some dental work done yesterday) would effect her and i should start noticing more movement as it gets out of my system? would welcome any thoughts ladies!

im kinda just hoping that my being off my normal routine with having been up all monday night and then i didnt work yesterday so my eating schedule and movement was different than normal, is causing her to be "off" her normal movement patterns too. it seemed to be that way during the holiday too. So im going to eat some sugary cereal for my breakfast right now and just see how she does with it.
I think it is probably possible the anesthetic had some effect. I'm in the same boat though. Little guy has been a crazy mover since 20-something weeks, but about a month ago those movements became far less distinct and often. Whereas my belly used to move around constantly now I just have almost a pressure or pushing movement (always in the same spot...it's his butt
). Some days he does move a little more and some days (yesterday into this morning) I have to sit down and press on my belly to make sure he responds.
unfortunately im at work so i cannot really lay down. but as i just posted, im gonig to try some sugary cereal..
This has happened to me a few times- I've just laid my coat on the floor of the bathroom, gross yes but worth it once I got some movements. (I have washed it!) We have a solo bathroom that's supposed to be for families/handicapped persons so I used that. Is there a break room or something you could lay down in for 20 minutes or so?
This! My LO is crazy active some day's with punches, movement etc. and then the next day she barely moves at all. Try putting your feet up under your desk and your hand on your belly. I'm finding as I get closer to my due date that sometimes I feel her moving more externally than internally -- opposite of how we start feeling them.
