I got home from work today and it felt like Xmas! I had a big box on my kitchen counter....I dug in like a kid on Christmas morning, too! Now I just need to organize all my stuff....it seems like so much more meds than round 1. Anyway, it's getting real now!

3 Clomid IUIs -- BFNs
IVF #1 never made it to transfer
On "egg health" cocktail DHEA/CoQ10/FRC/Pregnitude/Melatonin
Starting IVF #2 for Feb 2013
Follistim/Menopur/Ganirelix
Cancelled mid-cycle due to high P4 levels early on.
OCPs again for IVF 2.5 mid-March. IVF 2.5 transferred two "gorgeous" 5-day blasts and BFFN. Even REI is baffled
On indefinite hold until a huge stroke of serendipity led me to IVF 3 May 2014
Testing found positive cardiolipins/APS, now on lovenox and intralipid infusions
Transfer of 2 5-day blasts and (FINALLY) BFFP!! 1st ultrasound shows two sacs and two HB, but one is sluggish, almost expecting vanishing twin Subsequent ultrasound confirmed vanishing twin, but my other Little critter looks fantastic!

Letrozole 2.5mg+estrogen=cycle cancelled for little to no response
Follistim 75 (10/15-10/19) follistim 67 (10/20-10/21) cycle cancelled due to over response 9 follies and very thin lining
~ IVF #1:BC pills started 10/27~
~IVF class schedualed for 11/13~
~ Lupron starts Thanksgiving day~
~Stims start December 1st~
~ER: December 12th ~
~ET: December 15th~
19 R. 12. Fertilized with ICSI, 2 transfered

LOL! I have to say that I think I remember being much more overwhelmed when I got meds for round 1. I think I've been a little more zen this time around...I don't know if its because I kinda know what to expect now or just have a better feeling this time...either way, it was exciting to get my meds. I feel like I've been on pause for the last few months since IVF #1 endd in a big fat fail. It's nice to be moving forward again!

You ladies always make me laugh :-)
The prettiest Christmas gifts I ever got were the year DH realized Macy's offered gift wrapping when you order online. That year my presents were in these perfectly square, crisp, white boxes with white satin bows. Just imagine the meds in a tower of little gift boxes on your counter! Getting to undo a pretty ribbon every time you needed a new syringe...
So stinkin' exciting!

3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.
6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!
