I got a catalog in the mail today for a place called Birthday Express. They have all kinds of themed birthday stuff.

I usually don't go for that sort of thing and just figure out a way to do something similar myself. But I fell in love with the little girl pink John Deere stuff. You don't have to get a full set, just the things you want. I have no need for like the centerpiece, plastic utensils, candles, etc. so just getting plates, invites, etc.

    I wonder if BRU or somewhere else we registered sold our info because I just got that catalog too - just in time for 1st birthdays. Go figure! :-)

    But, you are right, they have some cute themes, and it's nice you can buy a package or just pick and choose what you need.  I'm loving the animal themes for little man!

    I got the catalog today too! I loved the John Deere one! I am thinking we are going to go with the barnyard theme mixed with the John Deere. I plan on ordering plates and maybe some matching balloons from the sets then everything else I am going to buy from a party supply store.

    We just got the catalog too.  I love the girl monkey theme, but I think I am sticking to plain colored plates to save money.  Maybe I'll get a few balloons and decorations to liven things up.

    That's sort of my plan. I'm getting the plates, cups, and a foil balloon from the pink JD theme then getting everything else at WM and the craft store. The craft store is locally owned and does 20% off party supplies all the time. They don't have a lot of themes but every color of napkins, etc. known to man.
